What To Expect...

  • Weekly Group Zoom calls for 3 weeks each month hosted by Dawn Hoppe.

    • Scheduled Live group Zoom calls will discuss interviews, hot seats to answer questions or respond to questions posted in the chat or community to address burning issues the group wishes to discuss collectively.  

    • Bonus Group Zoom calls will be offered as interest and needs arise.

  • Online Group Community.

    • The “member only” Mind Your Business event community group formed either in a LinkedIn (or facebook group as a possible alternate option).

  • Opportunity to attend one “live” group event per year (at an additional cost).

    • This group is offered an invitation to participate in one MIP Retreat 

    • BONUS:  Bring a Friend…you will have a chance to invite an event industry girlfriend or entrepreneur girlfriend to attend with you (at an additional cost).

  • Bonus #1:  Mind Your Business Summits.

    • Expert Summit learnings (placed in an online group library).

      • The expert MYB Summits are 30 minute interviews with 15ish minutes of Q&A.  Summits will be pre-recorded and dropped daily over a three-week period during two separate quarters throughout the year.  

      • Access to expert interviews will be available for review as your schedule permits for an additional five months following the 21-day launch period each quarter.

      • Interview will focus on current industry trends, challenges and changes in the events industry, technology & tools, entrepreneurship and well-being & quality of life.  It will showcase event industry experts on a variety of the issues facing event planners, entrepreneurs, women and career Moms today.

  • Bonus #2:  Optional retreat invitation (at an additional cost).

    • There will be access to limited invitations extended to our intimate coaching retreats.  These are held for 1:1 coaching clients should space or openings become available, they will be posted to members in our Group Coaching community.

  • How long will I have access to the training?
    The online self-study program is designed for taking action and accomplishing results. But unlike a class or seminar, you can come back to the material over and over at the varied phases of your event planning career. The core training modules, advanced bonuses, and training tools (templates, best practices, checklists, etc.) will be yours to keep forever.
  • How much time will it take to go through the course?
    We’ve deliberately designed this program to be comprehensive and yet easy-to-absorb without non-essential fluff or filler. The more focus and dedication you put into this, the more you’ll get out of it. Think of it like attending any live experience, where you show up every day to learn and walk away with an entirely new perspective and value. The time it takes depends on how much time you can devote to the learning process, utilizing customizable training tools and implementation in your position or business. Of course, you will need to make ongoing enhancements along the way. And with input from our community to make your days & nights easier and with a sprinkle of fun!
  • What makes this online learning course different from attending an event planning seminar, webinar or college course on events?
    You can do it at your own pace and put as much or as little time into the learning. You are able to focus on specific areas from a vast array of event planning phases. You choose what you want or need to learn, or where you want to see changes and need quick results. Plus, you can come back whenever you are stuck or simply need a fresh perspective!
  • Do you have a refund policy?
    Yes, if you don’t love the course, email your completed practice tools to support@dawnhoppe.com by 11:59pm Eastern U.S. time after completing the first two modules. We’ll be happy to issue you a refund. Please note that the deadline is firm and no refunds will be issued once you access and the third module of the training program begins.
